I will present and discuss my book in conversation with BBC journalist Mike Wooldridge, whose career as a BBC veteran journalist has spanned nearly five decades. He was the first journalist to interview Terry Waite after his release from captivity in 1991 – Waite has written the foreword for 20 Ways to Break Free from Trauma.
